THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK
The Diary of a Young Girl (written by Anne Frank herself) is a wonderful book that everyone should take a shot at reading due to its containment of great life lessons and views from a girl of a young age during World War II. I’m sure you’ve all heard of this book and this lovely girl, but if you haven’t, you should try looking them up for future reference. We’ve all experienced learning of Anne Frank in history class, and we’ve all read the translated version of her diary as somewhat of a literature course, but we have yet to hear Anne Frank’s story in a form that is meant merely for enjoyable purposes. But now, we can. We finally have the opportunity to hear Anne’s perspective and outlook on life through the voice of a girl her own age, and even up-front experience a girl similar to Anne reenacting the things Anne did in her life. Anne Frank, the life and story of Anne Frank, now presented in movie form. Watch it at your local theater, airing on January 15th, 2020.
